When the client has a clear idea about end result and project scope is
well defined offshore delivery model is suited. Since face-to-face
interaction is not done, client and QBit personnel regularly
communicate through fax, telephone or emails. Progress reports are sent
on regular basis to the client. We encourage mid-term reviews by the
client to keep the progress on the track. At QBit Systems we have world class infrastructure and access to best possible technologies

is that the project is not affected by time-zone difference.
Onsite delivery model
This delivery model is best suited where the project scope is
repetitive and open-ended requiring closer coordination with client.
This delivery model is also suited where the client is not very clear
about end result and there are fluctuating requirements, client’s
approval is desired during the course of development. Sometimes when
the project concerned is highly confidential, onsite delivery model is
selected. We send skilled professionals at client’s site who works in
continuous interaction with client’s team. Main advantage of this
delivery model is there are minimum chances of alteration in later
stage and for clients time-to market in this model is less.
Global delivery model
This Delivery model can get the best of onsite and offsite advantages.
Initial phases where interaction is more crucial, our team leaders fly
to client’s site. In this model Requirement analysis, high level design
and user acceptance testing is done onsite. Where as other processes
such as detailed design, development, coding, testing and documentation
can be accomplished at QBit’s offshore development center. World class
